Most Valley towns , there are some excellent properties for less than £100k. Most of the people are friendly too.

That’s the valleys mate!
Not slagging them off but it’s certainly not for everyone.

We have visited South Wales probably close to one hundred times and never had any bad times. I'm not saying it's the same as living there but it's as close as we can get to vetting the area.
