Its a Swallow - a Bluebird is blue and orange and is only found in America.

you seem to know your stuff...so do you know what sort of dragon is on the Welsh flag.?
its always puzzled me, looks different to other dragons ive seen on badges..is our Dragon native to Wales and were they red in real life.?

I’ve always known it to be a Swift but painted blue.
It has the same forked tail and even the white face.

It could be a swift, but a swallow is naturally blue with a forked tail, but one thing is for sure - its not a bluebird!!
