Why are so many decisions going against us?

Sun Apr 14, 2019 8:28 pm

Bad luck?
Incompetent officials?
Because we're a Welsh club in the Premier League?
There's an agenda (conscious or otherwise) against us?
Because top teams or home teams always tend to get marginal decisions go in their favour?
Warnock's history of criticising officials mean that they will do him no favours where controversial matters are concerned?
Nobody likes us?

All of the above or none of the above?

Whatever the reason. It's not random bad luck. Too many for that...

See how many of those explanations could have applied to Huddersfield before Wager quit, and you'll probably have your answer. If anything they had even worse luck (aka bad decisions) than us!

Because we're a Welsh club in the Premier League? - Probably yes, if I was reffing one English team in a Welsh league I would have a bias towards the Welsh teams, (unless it was Swansea)

Because top teams or home teams always tend to get marginal decisions go in their favour? - Definitely this also, and the ref knows the top players they have refed them for years.

Warnock's history of criticising officials mean that they will do him no favours where controversial matters are concerned?
Nobody likes us? - Probably this a well, we had no chance really did we playing 11 against 15 !!!!
