A quick scan through Sky Bet’s transfer specials sees a few players linked with Cardiff, at least by the bookmakers.

Salomon Rondon is 7/1 to join the Bluebirds, James McClean is 9/1, Robert Huth is 14/1, Michael Antonion and Jack Wilshere are also there at 33/1 each.

free transfers tend to be a bit of a bonanza for players and agents these days....shouldnt really be called FREE since the Bosman ruling really..
the one that sticks in my mind is the much publicised bafetimbi gomis transfer because we tried to sign him for 8 million....a year later out of contract he signed for Swansea who agreed an 8 mill signing on fee

correct its not rocket science....your an agent of player Y that club X are prepared to pay 10 mill for..he runs his contract down and club X still want him..yeah he is free
