Yep bookies laughing all the way to the bank, whilst the horse died from injuries it received when falling. The race is a travesty every year horses dying in the name of entertainment.

It was four over the whole meeting and two in the race itself Eclair Surf and Discorama since 2000 at the Grand National Meeting there have been 55 deaths. Now I’m no animal rights vegan activist who doesn’t wear leather but I won’t bet on this race because to me it seems barbaric.

617 people died of heart attacks playing Football in the last 4 years, shall we stop that to or maybe look at making it less games a season, or maybe 4 quarters instead of 2 halfs? What do you think or is it just horse racing you want to pick on cos the national is high proile? How many Christian Erikson or Fabrice Muambas do you think there are accross the globe that die a year playing football in bad conditions with no support
