Nathan jones
I have asked moderator could we not draw up a list of fans favourites to be compiled and handed to the board by the supporters represensatives,
So at least to give our opinions for what its worth

Nowing full well it will be left to Tan and Dalhman to draw on the vast experience to draw straws.

If i were Tan it's not a time to find candidates who won't make it at our expense. So IMO that rules out Riza, Ramsey, and Purse.

I believe most managers have two chances unless they are a big name (Rooney FFS). People scoffed at Nathan Jones last time because he failed at Stoke and hadn't done anything outside Luton, fair comments, but the same could be said of Schacher and his old boss Ryan Lowe.
As with our young players, if you make it at championship level before 20 years old then you are destined to go upward rather than downward to find your level, in management terms your first gig at a struggling championship then Trollope, Morison, and Hudson proved that its almost impossible to "smell" the potential.

Wagner, Neil or Rowett are what's needed IMO until the end of the season. Big performance bonus and see where we are.

I like the idea of Schumacher. A few Stoke fans I know have said they think he was unlucky to lose his job there.

I just hope we go with someone of some experience in the EFL. Bringing in an untested coach (in the EFL) will be asking for trouble with the position we're in.

Whoever it is, hopefully fans give them time.

We just want to see better football.

Some of those 14/1 guys sound about right. Mark Warburton perhaps a decent shout too, not even considered him, knows the championship inside out.

So happy that we are all able to debate this!!!

Bad names on the list. Give a SOS to Neil Warnock.

Where is Sabri lamouchi these days but think he had a fall out with Tan - so he's out.

Giggs is a good shout - looking for a way back in and attack minded but think Tan wouldn't Touch him after the allegations (dismissed I think, but shite sticks !) - remeber malky and Tan on Morals.

Like others have said - whoever it is - Experienced positive forward football with with a sharp tongue !

Reported from some journalists that Buckingham is being lined up.

Plays the game we are trying to play, has done really well at Oxford, and he’s young.

Chance to come to a much bigger club.
Why wouldn’t he want it?

He already has a squad that he's built, he's already loved at Oxford, plus we are shite.

He started his career at Oxford too.

Was he interviewed for the Wales job?

No disrespect to Oxford but you can't compare both clubs, apart from the lunatics (not) running it.

Mark Harris would look like Harland compared to what we've seen since he left. If I were Tan and the look at an ex-academy player suddenly looking like a championship player then I'd find the bloke responsible to see if he can do even better with the five or 6 we have coming through

I’d go for Nathan Jones, could work just as much as it couldn’t :laughing5: But if it work with a local boy with that enthusiasm it would be something else :occasion5:

Wasn’t interviewed for wales job.

Harris had part of a season playing for Manning before Des but a lot of it is on Harris as well.

He got to sign 15 players for Oxford. Youngsters with pace and skill who fit a style of football he is implementing. New stadium in two years. He’s an Oxford fan. Being paid well.

We massively over exaggerate the pull of our club.

Why would he come to Cardiff?
