Got plenty time to sort something out for next season, especially with so many "local" games!

How do we want to progress with this chaps?

Seeing as we are spread across the country,The biggest problem will be how we get everyone here and there.
I drive coaches for a living so should be able to arrange some sort of deal with a local company if we're gonna travel on a regular basis. But again there lies an issue, we aren't all going to be off work at the same time and all attending the same matches. Me for instance with my line of work,May-October is the height of the tourist season so I'm gonna be very busy and have few weekends off. I also have a 2year old,so although I am willing to travel and drive long distances I couldn't commit on an full time basis. I'm sure you guys all have similar scenarios to contend with....
The best way forward for the time being could just be keep notifying other scot based supporters on this forum if your heading down and see if we can share the costs of the journeys....

Thats a good start mate. Once fixtures out we can all pop up which ones we think we can make & take it from there?

Fixtures are out. The question is will we actually get any tickets. I'm a gold member but not confident on getting tickets for some games. We'd be better going to some of the less high profile games perhaps?

The other two have pulled out. I'll most likely travel on the sleeper service from Aberdeen to Euston then nip over to Paddington.

Not making Hull, me & my lad will be down for the Newcastle home game though then I'll be down for the Swansea game. Not sure if any other Clydebank boys are doing Newcastle but there's 3 or 4 coming down in November.

Hi guys just joined the forum today I live in Falkirk
I've been asked a few times recently how did you manage to end up supporting Cardiff City and not one of the bigger teams from down south.
It goes back to 96/97 season on a Rangers Champions League trip to Amsterdam to play Ajax (we got pumped 4-1 but memories and stories will live forever as an awesome 5 day trip)
On this trip we met some proper lads from Cardiff and what a laugh we had and any lads that'll stand their round and their corner goes a long way in my book and that's where the initial interest comes from as I never had a team from down south,
The interest in their results grew to be a passion after my first few trips to Ninian Park and standing on the Grange End as it was a proper footy ground and it must've been a daunting place to come as a visiting fan but being in amongst it was awesome.
Unfortunately due to work commitments and financial restraints I've not been down for ages but the passion is still alive and kicking
