Confirmed Ramsey has not signed a New 2 year contract at Nice :thumbright:

Nothing can be done till the 1st July 2023 and then there will be much to sort out.

Would you welcome him back, is he still good enough??

Is willing to take a big pay cut

Out of contract this month

Has been offered a new contract in France, but wants to return to Cardiff City.

That’s who Dalman is talking to plus a couple of other big names.

If fit, he’d be brilliant at this level.

I’d have him back In a heartbeat. Cardiff lad. 100% player and quality.

No question.

Wont get my hopes up after the Bale fiasco last year though.

I thought he had extended his contract at Nice?

We would hit 18k ST's if the prodigal son returned. Although I just cannot imagine it

Won’t believe anything that comes out of dalmans mouth until it’s announced . He is full of rubbish and has been since day 1. If he pulls it off he will prove everyone wrong

It’s very intriguing to find out what he was referring to. Said a couple of very exciting announcements to come.

Some positives for a change. :bluebird:

Love Rambo back. Even if only played 60 mins a game. He's still got the vision and is capable.
Plus what a way to finish your career. Where it all started

I guess the one difference between bale and Rambo is Rambo IS city. Bale may be from Cardiff but that’s where his ties end.

Rambo was developed here. Played here as our player then came back on loan when he had the chance.

Not getting my hopes up but if he WANTS to be here that’s one hell of a good motivation if he does come home.

What proof is there of Rambo's return? Any reliable sources confirmed? Would love it to be true but after all of our manager rumours I don't know what to believe anymore!

I'd love this to happen more than the next guy, BUT.. has Boris put this out there to his whisperers to get bums on seats???

OR has anyone got any genuine news that this may happen...

This may drag out like the will he/won't he bale saga last season.

Well if there's any legs in this it won't stay quiet for long and it won't be lost on the owner/directors just how much it would boost season ticket sales, just glad I got mine and my parking space secured.

Other reports from last month stated that Rambo's contact at Nice had automatically been renewed

A contract extension is automatically offered based on the number of games he plays. It is up to him to decide whether he wants to take it not the club. As far as I am aware he hasn't yet.

Contracts like this make sense if the player is prone to injury. Play less than X number of games then we decide if you stay, over and you decide.

Would be awesome.. what a player.. still had a lot to give.
More excited over this one than the Bale speculation.
Come home Aaron …

We'd get half a season at best, but when even close to fit, is a touch of class with a pair of balls.

I'd love him back! I think he'd do well with some runners around him at this level.

Absolutely no doubt this would be a top signing if it happened. Would increase season ticket sales significantly.

Of course his minutes would have to be managed. He'd rarely play the full 90 and would struggle with three games in a week. But his quality means he'd be a brilliant signing at this level. The fact a Ligue 1 team want to keep him proves that.

He's now Wales captain. It will be a lot easier for him and his family if they can live at home again.

I've watched the press conference and I'm certain this is done going by the facial expressions of Dalman, Bulut and Choo if this information is true. Dalman did promise some big announcements.

Funnily enough, I heard about a week ago that Trabzonspor in Turkey had tried to sign Ramsey but he wasn't interested.

If we coukd keep him fit, it would be a no-brainer...

Still a class act on his day and Nice want him to stay. He would do very well for us and be a big boost for club and supporters alike...

Come home, Rambo; you knows it makes sense...! :ayatollah: :bluescarf: :bluebird:
