Wembley Walkway Demolished

The famous Wembley 'Ramps' are being demolished after 46 years and are being changed into stairs. Not good news if you need assistance but apparently they will make getting to the stadium "more accessible".

Maybe I’m a bit thick but I’m struggling to work out how steps are more accessible than a ramp? Maybe they’re going to be wider than the ramps so a higher volume of fans can go down Wembley Way?

my first though was the same...but looking at the image they are going to be wider...
