O/T Mid-range mobile phone advice

Postby worcester_ccfc » Mon Sep 13, 2021 3:28 pm

Going to have to replace my phone over the next couple of weeks as this one has been unreliable for some time now.

So I'm looking at a decent mid-range phone, preferably on Android as that's what I have now (although previously used iPhones for work so know the system).

Would normally go with Huawei, which is what I have now, but the lack of the Play Store on their new devices puts me off getting one of them.

Would prefer to buy a handset outright.

If anyone has any recommendations it would be much appreciated.

Thanks :thumbright:

I'm also looking for a replacement. Have always gone with a top range Samsung but I'll be buggered if I am going anywhere near £1k for a phone.

Not sure what you call mid range, but I am currently looking at the OnePlus Nord 2 at about 400 quid. It seems to have flagship specs (in part).

OnePlus are trying to oppose the stupid prices of the major companies.

Affordable mobiles is the place.

Very well priced.

I’ll get you a code with money off if you want.

I got an iPhone 12 £35 a month unlimited everything on three.

Barely get a phone at that price.

Couldn’t believe the price I got.

Let me know if you want a code. £25 off upfront prices. Every little helps.
