Another one of Cardiff’s brightest prospects: Kieron Evans also in talks with Newport County . Torquey really want him though. Both clubs want him but that’s only going to be a season long loan. Morrison has said that he needs to play for the full season to have any chance with Cardiff the season after next.

Evans 21 yrs old later this year, has played for the Cardiff first team 5 times and 5 games on loan to Linfield.

Sam Bowens permanent deal to Newport County was done weeks as put out on here.

Steve Morison said it was a massive step up for all these players to the Championship and as soon as he took over many were put out on loan.

Would be wise for the Lad to go to Newport and stay closer to home and play League football - Good Luck to the Lad .

We should use Newport more it makes sense for our young lads, better competition than U23 close to home for us to monitor

Definitely, local and easy to keep an eye on them, as well as playing at a competitive level. It tics all the boxes!
