Chuffed for O’Dowda, has really deserved a goal recently as he never get the plaudits he deserves as is never quite MOM, so happy he got a goal and recognition that way.

The longer this unbeaten run and/or good form continues, I think changing the manager for someone more "experienced" will be a big risk.

If Rizla keeps this upward trajectory going, I can't see him being replaced. He clearly has the boys on side. In sharp contrast, Bulut never did.
