On this day in 2022, Mark Hudson was made permanent Cardiff City manager.

The situation as been same for weeks since he was told to carry on ... daily updates are not required .... only update required is when they make a different decision he stays to jan or new coach comes in ... hard for some fans to understand but a decision does need to be made after next couple of games..

I would be amazed if they were that organized.

I doubt we are.
We believe when a club sacks you they pay up your contract, they don't generally, they continue paying you until the end of your contract. Maybe some negotiate a smaller lump sum, but if a better manager is available like a Cooper or Robins they will be on tastier contracts than we probably are paying, so why jump into the underfunded madhouse of Cardiff City?
I think its Riza but they need to bring a Lennie Lawrence type in to help him is my complete guess

Does anyone think a protest against the board is due ? Need something that won’t hurt the team but to get our feelings across, If we are in the exact same position after this international break with nothing being done

Am I the only one who thinks the wait is fine? He has never managed before at this level or at any level for any length of time. He got us going and we got some really good results and performances but it is more often than not a mistake when the interim is appointed long term. Let the situation go on and see what happens, if the results and the performances continue to be good then great here’s a contract, if not then get an experienced manager in. We have lost the last two games and if the clamour had been listened to he would already have had a long term contract by now and if he needed to be sacked it would have cost even more money. Take in international break to international break and see the results

Blueboy86.
If that’s the plan then fine. But why not let him know, the fans know etc. he’s admitted himself he’s struggling due to being in limbo in his recent interview. And it looks like it’s effecting the performances as of late.
For me personally, I’d keep him at the club in some capacity. But I’d rather go for the tried and tested managers as it’s less risk. And possibly line him up as next manager by learning from experiance.
There’s lots available IF they want to come work for these clowns in charge.
Mark Robins, Steven Schumacher, Slaven Bilic, Ryan Lowe. To name just a few who are far less risk. I don’t like gambling on relegation

Oh god mate I’m not suggesting for a second tan and the other two clowns have a plan! My gut is always that interim managers have a good upturn in results and performances but it never lasts, then clubs end up sacking them and it’s even more chaos. I would tell him he’s in charge for the next few games and keep the communication open but of course our board are never going to do that. I think the only plan they have is praying that Riza is a genius will work for nothing, ask for no players in January but also get us promoted this year with kanga winning the golden boot.
