I wish him well but..... The trouble is that if we stay up - and lets be fair the squad we have should stay up comfortably whoever is in charge - Tan will think Riza is the bees knees and it will give him an excuse to appoint him for another couple of years on a low salary. When the inevitable struggle continues he will get the boot in November and we will be back to square one.

I despair.

Very true. And I had high hopes at the start of the season that the squad was good enough to make the top six as long as we signed a striker. If Riza doesn't get us in the top half he will have failed.

Unfortunately in Tan's eyes as long as he keeps us in the division he'll have been a total success.
