They've obviously been looking high and low no doubt at great at expense, leaving no stone unturned in their worldwide hunt for the next Cardiff manager.

Despite their knowledge and experience they don't appear to have noticed that the likes of Cooper, Robins, Bilic and Mowbray were out of work and their exhaustive search has finally ended with....

Ta-da! A bloke with no experience of managing at Championship level who was already employed by the club!

I think that was my favourite bit that Dalman came out with in that meeting with fans.

I swear he drops little things like that into sentences and wonders if people will believe it. When they do, he probably has a good laugh on his first class flight back to Monaco.

Last summer was the last time I'll ever believe a word he says. I fell for all his lies and false hope then - never again.

If he told me tomorrow that it's Christmas this month, I'd have my doubts.
