1.What well run, sane club would have an interim manager in place for almost three months at this stage of the season?
2.What well run, sane club would give the interim manager the full time job after going five games without a win which includes losing at home to the bottom team who hadn't won since august?
Of course Riza is just taking the opportunity that's been handed to him, he seems one of footballs good guys but for me should never have been given the job in the first place.
This is about the three parasites who are slowly destroying our club, and if this happens lets hope that Tan, Dalman and the car salesman go down with us. What club would not only put an inexperienced manager in place but for back up use the under 21 manager and the academy boss who have less experience than the manager, you really coudn't make it up could you. Tan has for 4-5 years steadily reduced the funds to the first team and luckily got away with it, this season i believe it will catch up with him and we'll be relegated because there is an abundance of top managers out of work but as usual he has taken the cheap option, afterall, Riza is already on the payroll. Now if Tan cannot trust anyone after what has gone on before it's quite simple, bring in a football man or sell up and get out.

Excellent post. When put like that it shows the situation is unbelievable, absurd and incredulous. Still Riza - nice guy by the way - says we are improving. Really!

There have been many so called inexperienced managers who have been given a chance over the years, but they have all made sure they are surronded by experience.....then there's us.
