The more I reflect on this “response” the more angry I get. Complete and utter distain for anyone with an opinion about the club we pay good money to watch.

The old Cardiff fanbase wouldn’t have put up with such rubbish but we’ve gone soft.

Nothing on the FAB website or even meeting dates detailed. They have tweeted they would be responding but tbh they need to be doing much better at communicating. I'd like to see meeting minutes on there too which should be the norm.

I hope they really open up on the club on Monday as this has been another kick in the teeth for the fans and it's obvious the FAB are not being taken seriously by the board.

You make a good point about Steve Borley, he's as close to "one of us" as you'll get on that sh*t show called the board of directors. Steve was here long before the three fraudsters, and he'll be here a long time after they are hopefully run out of town. Steve must be mortified by what's going on at the club these days.

He was a massive advocate of the rebrand and treated fans that didn’t agree with contempt at times so I wouldn’t feel too sorry for him

I just re-read the letter in the cold light of day, its as if they think we are their employees; that the shop floor has raised concerns and gone to the top.

We are their customers. Yes, I have an emotional attachment to "their" product, but who the hell do they think they are can work both ways.

Outside the top 6 football is cyclic. Bigger clubs than us get relegated and bounce back or just trudge along, but they survive as the entity known as Porstmouth, Leeds, Brighton, Derby, Coventry, Luton, Southampton, Bournemouth the list is endless..... With or without action i think we are on a downward trajectory. Tan loses so much more money than me if we get relegated, but i think it's inevitable, if not this season then next.

We all spent a season away from the stadium whilst still supporting the football team during COVID-19, I am seriously considering that action next season

Aye he was. We crossed him at a service station and could not help but sing "Steve Borley loves the red, loves the red". I for one would not miss him if he left just like the rest of the red brigade then.

Paul, if I am not mistaken, isn’t Steve Borley the FAB’s ‘Point-of-Contact’ for any communications? If so, was he aware of the questions raised in the ‘open’ letter…?

Either way, the club have once again ignored the concerns and sensitivities of the supporters and I’d be just a tad surprised if Steve was party to lacking or misinformation…

I’d love to know what Vincent Tan’s ‘end game’ is, as right now it is about as clear as mud…!

Steve is the official board point contact Chris, he knows the issues already but it seems that the FAB didn't "officially" address the concerns privately ahead of the open letter format. These same overall concerns were also detailed in the Trust open letter and they come up time and again with pundits and ex players talking about them in the media, so the world and his wife knows about the universal concerns for the club.

But the club has purposely seized on this breach as an excuse to yet again not answer or engage which is shameful considering the FAB is supposed to represent all fans at board level to discuss strategic issues affecting the club.

Steve was recently questioned on the issues ahead of a match in the services by fans, it was on socials and he emphasised with their concerns but as soon as it goes down the "official" channel, it's ignored via manipulation of the "process", which is despicable and comes from the top.

The FAB need to play hell about this at Monday's meeting and tell the club on behalf of it's fans to stop playing games or there will be trouble, as fans have had enough of being treated like mugs.

I noticed that Julian Jenkins was sticking up for Borley on social media this week, saying that he saved the club.

But as has been said, he is heavily involved with the FAB so presumably signed off that awful statement they put out last night. He is part of the board so has to be seen in the same way as the rest of them.

What does "saving the club" really mean?

Who are the biggest club name not to exist anymore? There will always be someone with enough ego to think they can make it work.

He probably is in private but his hands are tied by Ming, Bling and Boycie. Nothing gets done at this club without Tans say and the rest of the board are yes men as they won't bite the hand that feeds. It's like the Emperor's New Clothes parable.

I don't feel sorry for any of the board members, they chose to be in that position and also chose to install the FAB early ahead of legislation. But the response even says that we should be grateful for that!

The FAB need to demand answers on Monday and also demand that the bullshit ends as the natives are becoming increasingly restless and won't be ignored.

I don't hold out any hope though as this attitude comes from the top and trickles down to us customers, Tan purely sees us as that and anything else is BS and pure lip service, as per his statement on Riza, "thanking us for our patience" etc. Absolute BS.

Total boycott needed, stop spending your money on merch and away trips ,etc.

You are all propping up this regime when you apend spend your money on CCFC. So basically you are all part of THE VT PROBLEM

It’s not that clear cut when it’s your football team though. You can’t easily take the emotion out of it and leave the club and team behind.

And the language you're using now is exactly what happened with the red.

People on both sides were using that language against each other which made the fan base more divided.

The only winner when that happens is Tan.

Plus you fail to understand that boycotts won't mean jack shit. The only thing that will embarrass Tan is people in the stadium protesting against him.

It's quite simple.
