We need to grow some bollocks and get on that pitch protesting during the game. Like they do abroad, protesting outside the ground will do absolutely nothing. Getting on that pitch at a certain time will get the attention it needs

I’ve been a distant supporter for years now, one of the sacrifices I made when starting a family was going to games, and haven’t been a regular since in the new stadium.

That said it’s always been an emotional anchor for me, win and it makes my week/weekend so much brighter, lose and I’m a miserable tw*t. But lately, the defeats don’t seem to hurt, it’s a sad feeling and I might even make every effort to join the protests, because right now I feel like I’ve become disconnected after only ever knowing the feeling of being connected in my 38 years

There are a LOT of city fans in your position. Work/family/cost of living mean I don't get to so many games nowadays and have been following home and away since '84. If I'm not there I try to follow with whatever media outlet is available. Like you the defeats don't seem to hurt so much (expected?) but the state of the club and 'don't give a sh#t' attitude of the owner HURT a LOT.
It's time for new owners and new hope.

Thats why i started the topic about choosing that game as the protest day,
i am 100% with you on it and will be until the tools have f.cked off and long after they have gone hopefully it will start the ball rolling and if not we will have to persist.

we could actually do with the law on our side to see if he has the right to ban anything deemed protest material.

As said before would he ban rainbow flags banners etc entering the stadium ? Starmer would have him in court.
