Riza will be gone by February. The next managerial appointment and how much time we waste before changing will determine whether we go down or not. Someone should tell riza that he is manager now cardiff city stand or fall and its all on him,

And that's why Riza got the job - he won't be ringing up the owner asking for money for transfers.

Riza would have been crazy not to accept this job offer, it’s the biggest career break he’ll ever get. From his perspective give it his best shot and if he fails so be it.

We need to stop blaming Riza for everything that is wrong at the moment, he's doing his best & at least trying to get us going after nobody else would likely come here and after yesterday's performance the players need to shoulder some if not a lot of the blame.

I doubt he will last long & we need to be careful because if he does go it will be Purse taking over until the end of the season not anyone else & look at the effect he's had on the team since leaving the u21s. Results since then speak for themselves.

I keep saying support the team not the regime but after the display & total lack of effort that is getting harder every day, but we'll all still be here supporting them like we always have.

You would have thought that the trip that Riza made to meet up with Tan would have talked about the Jan transfer window.

How can you not have or make demands to the owner regarding transfers with an upcoming window. Especially with the predicament we are in. That's just bizarre!

Riza has taken on the responsibility of the manager you take the pats on the back when good and the flack when its bad so the guy is not beyond critisism,
why should we have to put up with shite football for fear of upsetting the manager.

The Circus just gets worse and worse, I never thought it could be it really is.

If we loss the next 2 matches, (Stoke away and Sheff Utd home) then we would have collected just 2 points from 7 matches, (and frankly I cannot see where the next win will come from). That sort of record which is on a par with that of Bulut at the start of the season, so if thats the case then we will be managerless at Christmas

I never said what you say I said so there's that but if that's your takeaway so be it. But it's okay Monty, your hope of Purse being in charge will become reality soon enough.

Riza can’t be blamed for taking on the managers job and what I’ve consistently said is that he needs an old head like Mowbray even Dave Jones to work with him .The biggest problem is the poor squad we have which is lacking in football ability and the heart and desire to dig us out of this mess .Apart from Robertson we haven’t one player who would get in anyone else’s first team which is the root of our problem .The playing ability of a player is one thing but you need character and mental toughness to survive in this league and most of our players fail both criteria.It can be turned round and won’t be easy but without the right signings and we need more than two then we are doomed

As his first job at management level to get a championship side must be everything he dreamed of can’t blame him for taking it but I knew when I watched us against Luton away was so bulet like we can’t play this way passing backwards all the time we don’t really have any pace in the side so it’s side to side or back to goalkeeper we had the bounce after bulet left wins against Plymouth Portsmouth but sorry the wheels have come off been saying since Luton away we need an experienced manager to work with these players also what’s going on with our medical team never seen so many players injured then have a recurrence after somethings not right there

I think we all know any talk of transfers will be bringing some of our loan players back. If the board won’t spend on a manager then they won’t spend on new players. This is Riza’s big opportunity, but unfortunately I doubt he will be successful, and will just end up going back into the coaching side.
