They are trialling the drinking of alcohol in the stands, I guess it will help to drown our sorrows

Why?
Can't people go 45 minutes (less for some who leave before half time) without a pint?
Not looking forward to getting soaked in beer when on the odd occasion we score a goal at home every knobhead will think it's a great idea to throw however much they have left in their plastic container in the air soaking everybody in their vicinity.
FFS no.
Have also seen quite a few arguments between City fans at games which could certainly escalate if those concerned were able to drink throughout the whole game.

Correct sir
Also constantly having people getting up and walking along the aisles every 5 mins to go to the bar, then coming back with a tray full of beers

They're clearly trying to get the attendence levels up if it's only for women games

It would maybe work in level 4 grandstand but not anywhere else , a recipe for disaster but ok at women’s football given the lack of attendance . I’d be against it , been covered in booze during Wales away games when a goal goes in , people just throw their pints in the air . Not for me .
