Swansea had lots of the ball but mainly shifting it around their defenders.

Didn’t do much in the final third at all.

We had them locked up - Rhino and Bagan solid, Chambers and Ralls in the middle of the park too.

More of the same every week please! Hope all the fans come back for next week too!

Rhino needs to check his pockets. He might still have the winger in there.

Possession for the sake of possession and it didn't work for them today.

We have never got our heads round how to play against that type of team but today we did.

A fully deserved win.

Absolutely.

And who played the most long balls?

The new "Swansea Way" is clearly

Pass sideways, pass backwards then HOOOOOOOOOOOOOF!

Possession is the most pointless stat in football, its meaningless

after half time they would play it from the keeper out to the defenders back to the keeper then he would hit it long , they were awful

They tried to draw us out with that tactic so they could pass through us but City were having none of it.

What I find strange was they played wide and put in crosses to 5ft nothing strikers... but on other hand was forced to because darling loved to run 40+yards but then was nothing ahead of him forcing him to play wide or play over the top .... can put that down to brilliant midfield play by us ...

Possession means nothing when it's all in your own half and sideways passing. No attacking threat for the majority of the game.
