Ned,

We’ve been sending players to Welsh League and Non League that’s been abysmal over all.

Sending Etete to Bolton perfect.

Ned you don’t agree with us sending to Welsh League which has been going on years.

Foe premier league teams its also about putting them in the shop window.

We paid a couple of million to Citeh based on Robertsons one season in L1. Would have Hull paid £5mill for small underweight Philiogene if he hadn't proved himself capable of handling the championship.

If Alves does well he gets into their first team plans next season, if they stay up they may want to leave him in the championship or sell him.

The truth is nobody knows how good he is so he needs to play to get some type of form in the book.

PS, Ebou Adams loan ended up with us making a profit on him.

But we have a duty as a considerate employer to try to set the kids up to play at their level. We are simply trying to get them future non-league semi-pro contracts as that's their level.

Aged grade football is pointless. They need first team mens football in the book.

Always said the loans to Welsh league and non league clubs like York were pointless.

But the loans for Colwill, Etete etc have been the right loans and think they've got it right on that.

When it comes to January it's just about improving the squad and we've done that.

I think the majority of fans are pleased with our transfer window, the players who have left wouldn't be in the first team now anyway.

No idea how many and why would I know? Just making point that they've dropped 3 leagues like ours do.... our really good youngsters never get to play in 1st team simply because they get stolen by premier league clubs at age 14....what's left are the likes of King decent but prone to being loaned out for experience and are not generally good enough for championship... and be surprised if its more than 1 youngster comes back and makes it... that's football.
