Another strange game in the style of the Stoke game on Saturday; but this time it was us that succumbed to two early goals before pulling one back very much against the run of play soon afterwards

Former Bluebird ‘flop’ Josh Murphy was the main source of attack for Portsmouth and (as is life) he had a hand in both early goals

Slowly, the Bluebirds got back into the game and by half-time were unlucky not to go in level

The second half started with the Bluebirds taking the game to Pompey but eventually it became more even and chances started to even out and ends in a disappointing loss

Some odd performances tonight but most out a shift in and I give my vote to Andy Rinomhota

Mannsverk by a country mile. It’s funny how other people see it though as I thought Rinomhota had his worst game for us tonight, after being our best player for the last month or so. Front 3 were all pathetic too.

Few standouts tonight, Mannsverk was outstanding, very intelligent player gettingbdecisions that should have gone the other way. Fish had a really slow start but came into it, few last second clean tackles in the box. Gone for CO’D though with the goal standing out. El Ghazi looked good when he came on, could see him trying even when he out tricked himself
