They'll probably show all eight matches and spread them from Friday to Tuesday like they've done with this round.
But with Villa playing in the Champions League the midweek before and after, hopefully we'll get a Saturday game.

Birmingham playing at home on Saturday. Hoping for a Sunday kick off.

Didn't think of that, probably guarantees it will be the Sunday then. Unlikely to be the Friday and definitely won't be Monday or Tuesday.
Going by the kick off times in the Fourth Round then it will be Sunday at 12.30pm, 3pm or 5.30pm.
Expect the kick off time will be announced in the next couple of days, BBC and ITV are normally quite quick to announce it.

They are due to play a Champions league fixture away on the Tuesday or Wednesday. Are UEFA that flexible on allowing the fixture to suit the domestic game ? Not sure ! If our game is on the Sunday they would have to play on the Wednesday although they do move games in the city although that's normally to suit they're own agenda. It could well be Friday.

You're probably right, can't rule out Friday.
The last Fourth Round tie being played tonight so hopefully we'll find out in the next couple of days.

We've got Hull on the Wednesday. Surely can't be expected to then play on the Friday

He is also the safety/security manager for away games, if he feels there maybe risk he can request a lower allocation, same for Wales away. Thought you would have known that?

Works both ways really, he is good at keeping grounds safe, and can't knock him for that tbh. Understand in some ways about our home atmosphere, but it's his job to keep the stadium and people safe, that he achieves albeit at the expense of atmosphere, at least at home. Ive spoke to him previously at Wales away games and hes a decent enough bloke.

Absolutely spot on, I entertained guests at THE DERBY and all are avid Bluebirds, we were in The Captains Lounge and the allocated seats are just behind the home dugout after OBVIOUSLY celebrating the first and second goals a steward came over, sat by us for the remainder of the game tried (unsuccessfully) to get us to tone down our celebrations after the third goal. Then whispered in my ear “ I fully understand I am a bluebird, and wish I was allowed to celebrate with you” unfortunately he was acting under Wayne Nash’s ordersMr Ducie wrote:1980s Bluebird wrote:Bebbsyboy wrote:1980s Bluebird wrote:Bebbsyboy wrote:1980s Bluebird wrote:Unless Nash restricts the allocation of course due to safety/security concerns

Keeping grounds safe ? It’s not the 1970’s and it’s about time the people who hold positions like his listen to their stakeholders and customers.
The fact is if we get relegated it would be down to our home form and dire consequences of a stadium so spaced out with spectators that generates at times a a very silent crowd. This makes it very comfortable for the away team and costs the club valuable points. Our own players commentated on how a decent home backing can sometimes help them over the line. Wasn’t somebody warned by the club about over celebrating a goal and aren’t fans threatened with 5 game bans for very minor things .No wonder season ticket holders are not renewing and once the habit is broken it’s difficult to get them back on board, unless less the team are challenging at the top end of the table.
What’s the saying , don’t bite that hand that feeds you.
