Why are they giving red scarfs away to start with?

Thats the question and more questions to follow.

1. IS IT BECAUSE TAN WANTS TO MAKE THE GROUND LOOK ALL RED AS THERE IS WAY MORE BLUE THAN RED RITE NOW WHEN YOU LOOK AROUND ON FANS IN SEATS?

2. IS IT BECAUSE AS WE ALL KNOW THEY SOLD OVER 15K SHIRTS AND THE RED SCARF HAVE HARDLY SOLD, WAS THE SAME NUMBER OF SCARFS PRINTED OFF SO A KEEP WARM FREEBIE WITH A PROMISE OF A SEASON TICKET MIGHT GET RID OF THEM AND GET FANS VIEWS TO CHANGE?

3. BY GIVING THEM AWAY THE CLUB WILL NO LONGER NEED THESE SCARFS ANYWAY AS THE BADGE MIGHT BE CHANGING NEXT SEASON?

I know its up to the person if they want one but just some questions as to why now?. Maybe this will bring the blue scarfs out in force or maybe people will lap them up, i dont know. Opinions welcome.

I reckon one because Tan is obsessed with Red and has no respect at all for our club or its identity and he wants to finally now crush the Blue once and for all. Yes there is a pretend 3rd kit in Blue next season, but it will prob never be worn. Only last week All the Accademy kids had to get rid of anything to do with Blue and were all handed Red.
Also yes your right the scarves have hardly sold, they will soon become old hat with his latest new badge for next season, so he may as well give them away now and get the fans wearing Red all over our City and Wales. He is def not daft and does not care what we think or feel.

Other than the three things i can think of Its rather bizarre if you ask me

He can shove his scarf I won't be having it,he seems intent on pushing this red and doesn't give a shit for us fans,I've already got my season ticket for next year but didn't want to buy bit to soon because of what else he is gonna come up with once we've all paid up for next year.

Can understand what your saying mate just really annoys me, like others I'm trying to put the red shit to one side and enjoy the football Malky and the boys are giving us but instead he got to drag it back up and rub it in our faces. Makes me sick.

Do we know for sure there will be no blue away kit next season? Not happy with this if it is the case.

Good. Perhaps this is what is needed to get back to Tan.

I agree he may very well have run the idea past him,but if you believe Borley,and I do,it appears the original idea came from Julian.

Why are people suprised the idea came from JJ? He ent exactly going to put ideas through suggesting something blue related otherwise they will get sacked.
