TODAYS DERBY GAME ENDED IN A HARD FOUGHT WIN FOR THE BLUEBIRDS

Cardiff fans made the atmosphere electric before the game had even started
Both teams wanted to win this game badly and Cardiff had to defend for long periods of the game.
But what a great win and the play offs look closer than ever.

Cardiff fans celebrated at the end with the players loving every minute of the celebrations

At last not far to travel to watch our Bluebirds With Cardiff looking for a play-off place and Bristol City trying to stay out of the bottom three,both clubs were going to be well up for it today.


A quite start by both sides, then in the 21st min Lex Immers slotted the ball awayto make it 0-1 Cardiff and send the Cardiff fans delirious,with Immers running over to the 1,400 City fans to celebrate

Bristol then had more of the possession for the first half but without creating to many clear cut chances .

What a great win I had a dodgy feeling about today but a great resilient solid performance I believe we can make the top six after this we defended very well and still carried a threat going forward well done to Slade and the boys we have the bragging rights and now we are just outside on goal difference Manga my MOTM.

I agree, but still not the man to take us into the PL and if he did certainly not one to keep us there

Deano, A manager with no money has kept us on the verge of the play offs all season and we might even make top 6, forced to sell player after player and his football has improved beyond this season

No Allan, but I told him to continue to acknowledge the fans at the end of away games and that he really is winning the fans over

For me, this is the best result in Tans reign as owner, well done to him for keeping the club competitive. Credit where it's due.
