so it was a punt after all!
Sun Jul 25, 2010 9:54 am
cant see that anywhere?
Sun Jul 25, 2010 9:56 am
its the main headline on the back page...........
cardiff for sale
malaysians could be ready to give up there 36% shares if they were paid back there 6million investment
Sun Jul 25, 2010 9:59 am
surely this is not true? can anybody enlighten us on the situation? thats all we need now
Sun Jul 25, 2010 10:03 am
I CAN HONESTLY SAY I WOULDNT BE SUPRISED IF THIS WAS TO HAPPEN, HAVING SPOKE TO A FEW PEOPLE ITS WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN SAYING FOR A WEEKS.
Sun Jul 25, 2010 10:11 am
no answers comeing out of our club once again
Sun Jul 25, 2010 10:41 am
I must admit the last thought on my mid was the Malaysians selling up, but given the current situation the facts are beginning to stack up in favour of this story. Are we waiting for some sort of outcome from this weekends meeting in Malaysia?
Sun Jul 25, 2010 10:43 am
if they are the business men they claim to be, then they would have never got involved in football in the first place.
Sun Jul 25, 2010 12:01 pm
it all seems to point in that direction, why they got involved in the first place i dont know, maybe that 6 mil investment was a gamble on us reaching the prem
arghhh well, i wouldn't touch us if i had millions

Alot of the money went in after the gamble had lost though.
Can't blame them when they are expected to cover everything and PMG et al are just twiddling their thumbs. Pay them off and go into admin. They tried, and looks like failed.
Sun Jul 25, 2010 12:19 pm
what is the actual headline coz i cant find it anywhere?????????????????
Sun Jul 25, 2010 12:37 pm
why go to all the effort of meeting with creditors sam hamman etc etc if they are going to sell up this story i think is just made up cause theres f**k all happening in wales sprot at the moment
Sun Jul 25, 2010 12:46 pm

Sun Jul 25, 2010 12:50 pm
Sun Jul 25, 2010 12:51 pm
Seems odd, no one would want to buy them anyway though
Sun Jul 25, 2010 12:53 pm
Tan G is selling some share but not one single word on cardiff city........i hate all these sad rumours...not listening anymore
Sun Jul 25, 2010 12:56 pm
it is in headlines on the back of the sunday mirror but it does say they MAY sell and not that they are going to sell
i think we will have to wait for the result of the weekend meeting for confirmation
how much more can go wrong with our club i devastated

sell to sam hamman ?
Sun Jul 25, 2010 12:59 pm
if he has got the money who knows
i cant see anyone queing up to buy the club
Sun Jul 25, 2010 1:00 pm
I dont see how selling to Sam would help, he would have to find 6.1m of new money just to be back where we currently are....in the sh1t.

this 12 million he is saying hes got ,say if he bought tg and vt share's what would his share holding be? also once hes in could he exchange his "langstone" debt in to shares therefore owning the club with a new stadium for less debt than when he left ?
not saying this is happening but could he do that ?
Sun Jul 25, 2010 1:24 pm
depends if you believe he has 12m or not I guess
Sun Jul 25, 2010 1:37 pm
I'd say its odds on they'll sell to Sam if he come come up with the goods.
Sun Jul 25, 2010 1:57 pm
is it for sale or not? seems to be some confusion
Sun Jul 25, 2010 2:02 pm
TG seems to like staged payment deals.
They could offer their shares to Sam for a down payment as little as £500k.
The Langston debt is not such an immediate problem then.
I can see this deal happening before our day in court on 11/8
Sun Jul 25, 2010 2:18 pm
I can't see there being any truth in the story. They wouldn't be still putting money into the club if it were the case.
They wouldn't be turning down offers for players, and putting more money into the club if they wanted to sell surely?
Some cobbled together story with no real substance in my opinion!
Sun Jul 25, 2010 2:49 pm
I would be stunned if it was now their intention to walk away.
Although, these days, absolutely nothing connected to CCFC stuns me.
