I am saying that the trust was told, alledgedly, that we were not under an embargo but when the trust met with the club Heaton had already been 'signed', so why he is now not yet registered ?

Heaton came into your meeting and announced a few days later?
Seems unlikely to me but club could have had the embargo since then.
Although weren't the accounts due in April anyway?
What's wrong with Santiago anyway?
Heaton was saying how much he has massively improved.

The trust definately met after me, because I was accused of trying to destabilise the trust and apparently I even got hold of the trust's submitted questions and asked exactly the same ones that they planned too.
Yes Heaton came into my meeting and I promised I would not reveal who he was and let the club announce it.
Heaton signing was announced on the 15th June http://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/page/New ... 49,00.html
and then the following day 16th June Gethin Jenkins announces that the tax bill had been settled in full and the embargo was lifted leaving the club free to trade http://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/page/New ... 87,00.html.
But now Dave Jones is saying that we have not registered Tom Heaton

The settlement of the outstanding sum will now enable Cardiff City to have the transfer embargo removed and forms the start of ongoing actions to see the club build and maintain a strong and stable financial footing.

Heatons signing was announced on 15th June, but it says he would not be signing until July 1st when his contract expires, perhaps that has something to do with him not being registered.

Clever word play by the club I would say:The settlement of the outstanding sum will now enable Cardiff City to have the transfer embargo removed and forms the start of ongoing actions to see the club build and maintain a strong and stable financial footing.
Doesn't say the embargo has been removed but it will enable the embargo to be removed, which in a sense was true as it had to happen to enable to embargo to be removed. What they didn't say were other things would also have to be sorted.

without doubt, unconditional.

Equally, if he signed in the middle of June but as with all signings of this kind, could not be registered until the transfer window opened on July 1st, it's quite possible that the club were being honest with the Trust and in that website statement but by the time July 1st had come round, they were put under another embargo for whatever reason thereby making it not possible to register Heaton.

That is why I asked if the trust were told this the day after the meeting Gethin had with myself or later. Because if it was later then it would have been at the meeting where the trust raised questions about Sam Hammam's potential return, now if it was at this meeting that the trust were told there is no embargo makes it slightly more worrying because the club issued a statement on the official site on July 1st http://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/page/New ... 15,00.html denouncing an imminent return of Sam. I think and hopefully someone can correct me if I am wrong, the trust met with Gethin on July 02nd and therefore Heaton could have been registered on July 1st if as the trust were alledgedly told there is no embargo.

My understand is that they were told it at the original meeting in the middle of June. I would guess they would therefore have not then felt any need to raise it again at a meeting 2 weeks later.
But that is just guessing on my part obviously.

Like a dog with a bone Annis, it wound me up to read that Dave Jones wont have a goalie for the cup match unless the embargo is lifted, which by the way I think will happen in the next day or so, and then remembering that Gethin Jenkins alledgedly told the trust at the beginning of July there was no embargo.
