As we know and have said for a long time on here that it would happen the embargo has been lifted. Hopefully the signings will happen today.
The squad is training at the moment in a 8 Vs 8 situation.
Koumas is doing running for his fitness.
The Naylor deal is almost done and he could be involved on Sunday.
The club are definately after Olinfijana.
Keough deal is struggling as Wolves want a loan fee and have issues with how we could pay him due to our well publicised problems.
This is the very latest news

Is Whittingham at training? Forest fans seem to think it's a done
deal so wouldn't be training with us if this was true.

Thanks Carl, for keeping us up to date!!!
Its been an awful summer. None of us knew/know the tactics that TG was going to be employing
but it seems certain now that he is determined not to put money he doesnt have to into the club
as he is fully aware there are passengers on board who are only interested in taking money out.
But the way the squad is now shaping (albeit a couple of weeks later than would be ideal) I truly
think we will be right up there!!
I see Premiership football in the not too distant future, with a steady, well run club, money to spend
if needed and a board of directors totally committed to the cause.
Who knows what will happen with Sam. He is our major creditor, and if bringing him back on board
means the Langstone debt is sorted once and for all then come on home little feller. With that one
out of the way, The debt to PMG would be the only real bugbear left. But they would be off the board
by then, they will have been paid a pittance for their shares and will be made to accept terms as set
out by the new owners.
Paul Guy is a BIG businessman in South Wales, but to TG and Vincent Tan he is just small fry and i think
he will be chewed up and spat out, he'll get his money, or part of it. But it will be on THEIR terms not
his.
Wishful thinking maybe but hey ho!!

Keogh would be a great signing and another striking option.. but where would this leave rossco? although I know when Wolves went up theyd often pair Keogh with a smaller striker and he seemed to hold the ball up well.. like he did for sharp at Scunny. Any latest on this particular player Carl?

I am waiting for news like everyone Marc, like I have said before they are names I have been told and I am just passing those names on. Hopefully something will happen very soon.

Lets hope so Carl! I think the team has had a timely boost and the arrival of Koumas is the kind of signing Chopra was expecting this summer. Arrivals such as he and possibly those you have mentioned will IMO make us 2nd only to Bristol City in terms of good signings this summer.
