Sometimes there's just too much water for the drainage to cope but the half hearted attempts to clear the pitch are not helping.

This is such a poor effort by Rotherham’s ground keepers that you can only think they have had instructions not to clear it up

One man with his one hand in his pocket and the other using a fork. Another pushing a wide rubber brush to the edge and tjen leaving it on the ground to drag the water back!! Hope they go down.

Groundsmen walking back ten yards on to the pitch and then slowly pushing water off.... Then drag half of it back on, come on its on video!

I showed my American wife the live feed without saying where the game is but telling her the score & she said "your team must be playing away judging by the effort to move the water" and her knowledge of football is next to nothing.

Can anyone there get on the pitch and lend a hand?

The league must do something about this The rules clearly state every effort must be made by the club to ensure the game continues in these circumstances The video evidence shows that is not the case
