IF its true then all we need is a defender then i think our window is complete.

Brooks did come off the bench for Bournemouth yesterday though so maybe they’ll want to sign a replacement first.

I hope so too, although the guy next to me on Boxing Day said Brooks was off to Leeds. Silly rumour season in full swing!

Would make sense that runnarson wasn’t on the bench today, fully expect his loan to be terminated which would make sense with the loan quota in match day squad.

If Brookes and Moore are both signed, that’s absolutely fantastic business at the top end of the pitch.
Just need to sort full back out on both sides, and possibly 2x central midfielders.

However, if those two are done and dusted - wow!
Brookes is far too good for this level.

Makes sense coming here. He'll get game time, got mates here, knows the area, has the Wales FA and CCFC medical people and the crowd will be so on side as it's double bubble time for us as city and Wales fans.....

Regardless if whether we get Moore and or Brooks, two new creative midfielders are a must.

He is primarily a wide attacking midfielder who undoubtedly will end up a 10 so there shouldn't be any issues.

Imagine what it will be like for Colwill or Rambo, being able to pass to someone in a tight position without always losing it

He's came on in their last 3 games. He's definately fit and sharp, also.

One hell of a signing if true, he's been doing some damage in the prem despite only 1 goal and 1 assist in 12 appearances.

Agree - We have to get the Moore one over the line soon , as Solanke is attracting interest from Premier Clubs .

I posted a speculative wish list on Sunday on here saying it would be great if City were able to land Brookes on loan. I trust my speculation which was based purely on the fact that Brookes was just a bench-warmer at Bournemouth, it was not based on and factual basis. I would not want to spread a rumour based purely on speculation. However if it did materialise then great!

Hypothetically if we are getting someone like brooks in on loan. Who are we sending back? I’m sure we wouldn’t want to have loanees not involved in the match squad if we can help it?

Looking at the Bournemouth press tonight - they are looking at recalling a few players back from their loans .
Sadly 2 named are both defenders - No other news on Moore and Brooks in their locals ...

Would love to see this happen.
