When clubs already have everything organised:”Shower/Shit”

At least back in the old days at Ninian Park, the beginning of May everything was put in the place for the pre-season and fans knew what was happening, so they could organise their holidays around.

Remember many managers say a good organised pre-season defines your season.


I know for a fact a lot of the players have also gone away on holiday now and don’t know if their future lyes with Cardiff City or not.

This was exactly the same last year.

NO RESPECT TO OUR FANS:

The Circus joke has gone beyond, it’s a shower of shit and some posters at our club say it’s run more professional, I think they
to come of the magic mushrooms.

Our Fans Deserve better and the where are the Fans so called leaders not questioning the Hierarchy or speaking out against them?

Please don’t Keith Morgan , Mehmet Dalman , Glen Williams, tell us next week we have big plans, we are planning for the future and Tans still fully behind the club, that won’t go down anymore with 99% of Our Fans.

Even Non League Clubs like Chester City & Merthyr are better run than us.


Look how they treated Erol Bulut for 5mths ignored him and never backed him in January as promised.

annis, its one of my biggest gripes it dont take much to let us fans know the plans it dont have to be in detail, a little message to say we are in talks with bulut or the club is looking elsewhere.

we dont get the respect we deserve yet we all pay our money for season tickets even when we get shit on.

i hope this is the last season with this circus im fed up now ill always support cardiff city, but its getting to the point the match day enjoyment is going.

Absolutely so true Kyle,

When we were in the lower leagues, the fans and the club hierarchy spoke and fans were always kept updated.

But apparently a small minority still say this is the best run club and so professional.

Enough is Enough.

Bang on, the board has a lot to answer for, tells me it's comes from the top down, give the club Sam, he knows what's needed.

Our club really feels like it's being run like a Sunday league team, who's got the kit, boys put the nets up, it's a joke honestly. We are playing in the 2nd tier of English football and promotion is worth millions upon millions. I get things can change drastically in football but year in year out there seems to be no plan and we just wing it and hope we stay up and then repeat

Trouble is Tan makes all the major decisions himself and unfortunately for us what he knows about football you can write on the back of a fag packet

Del Boy Choo is too busy knocking out 2nd hand motors and the tax exile Dalman is on the fruit machines in Monte Carlo

Tan has lost £millions but mostly through his own stupidity…I just wish he would take whatever offer is on the table and fcuk off. I will never, ever forgive him for turning us Red!!

It goes to show that the owners don’t realise how passionate this club neans to our supporters , just a business to them ,they dont give a shit about the fans , I’ve had a twatfull of them ,
All it takes is for one of them to say what’s going on in the background but naa not these business men

There's me thinking I read bulut was sorting out recruitment ect weeks ago?.... just because club doesn't say anything about what they're doing doesn't mean doing nothing? ... its the off-season and most things get done behind scenes
I plan to enjoy the summer and not worry about what I don't know or see that's going on at club...

I tend to agree with you. No one knows if things are happening behind the scenes, there may well be things happening but nothing concrete to release to us fans yet.

I'm certainly not a fan of the people "running" our beloved club but patience is needed here, we should all be used to that.

Interestingly, the PL are opposing this bill as it will affect how they operate plus they don't want more money going to the rest of the pyramid. I personally think that this has influenced the delay but then again, I'm suspicious of most things involving bodies like the PL and FIFA etc. Oh yes, and most of all anything to do with any government.

So if no bill and official regulator, clubs can do what they like which make FABs in affective on pressing the key strategic issues. They can get in with other stuff but in terms of the key questions, finances, budget, plan, atmosphere etc they can't ultimately affect it.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT:
This is important stuff. Boring. But important. As these are all good initiatives and baked into law and backed by a regulator thus finally giving the fans a say into how our club operates:

The bill would mean things like:

1: Publishing of budget and "the plan" in detail.
2: No rebrands.
3: No ridiculous naming rights.
4: No badge alteration without consultation and approval.
5: "Golden Share" for supporters that give us the power to veto anything strategic that we don't like.

There's lots of other great stuff in there too including the bodies, organisations, supporters clubs, trusts and individuals who were consulted as part of the FLR process at Annex C. Here's a link if you fancy a butchers:

Don't think anyone are a fan of them? I understand the motive of OP but what's point of criticising club when nothing as been said and like all clubs in off season things are going ahead behind scenes otherwise club wouldn't function or are people suggesting club just shuts doors and come back 4 weeks later just like the miners fortnight at trecco bay!! .. as said bulut as been active regarding planning for sighning players if he's to be believed?

I've only had time to scan it all Annis, can't see them either but might be an individual name etc, they did say they'd been heavily involved in it with the club I believe. They've got two members on the FAB as does the SC which may come down to one each as that's enough for any group at this level and allows two other indies in who will be able to add something new to the mix and bring a different dynamic.

Another day another club bashing post ffs , some people on here want a minute to minute commentary of the behind the scenes of the activities of the club, the players know fully well if there contract will be renewed or not already .the retained list will be out in the next few days , most players including the managerial team are on holiday so not much will be done .there's a few post on here from certain posters that are conflicting also. Always the same post sesson we are no different to most clubs .
