Agree! Their form is the reverse of ours and we are due a result against them…!
Always a good trip to The Hawthorns, too!

I agree Chris,
We are one of the form teams, they are the opposite.
We are due a good result against them.

Will be going to this, hopefully we can get the three points

Yeah, I think they've over-achieved on their start to the season. This is winnable with momentum in our corner.

Well let's hope that Rizla doesn't try and tighten up and go all Bulut on us! If he does that, we'll probably scrape a draw or lose.
Big game for the manager this one. We'll learn how knowledgeable he is or otherwise.

We are 23rd in division for away record

I watched them last night.
They are tough.
Not to be underestimated at all.
They had chances. If they click, someone's having it.
Hope it's not us in the last half hour......

That is pretty dreadful.
But under Riza?
So maybe both a draw, as both similar.
But a win would show we have turned the corner as Albion are on a very bad run.

They are on a bad run and will be more tired, we are on form and confidence is sky high, we can win this one

No since beginning of season I will be happy for us to continue our attacking style and go for a win and if we lose we lose Better than Bulut of going not to lose and still losing

Omer Riza:
“WBA”
“I don’t think they’ve won in five, their form is not great, but they’re a good side, they’re disciplined out of possession, they’ve got attacking threats in possession and it’ll be a tough game, but it’s not one we’re frightened of.
“I feel there’s always a pressure to perform and win, that will never go away, that’s how football is. I think we’re in a good place at the minute and I think the boys are brimming with confidence, they’re happy. They want to perform, they want to perform for each other, the staff, the Club and the fans and all those things, that camaraderie that we’ve got at the minute, you can see it on the pitch. Their form hasn’t been great, but they’re a very good side.”

The way we have played in the last two games we shouldn't fear know one have a go you never know
Thu Oct 24, 2024 5:29 pm
We shouldn’t diminish other teams.
Can only bester what it is front of us and under Bulut we did look like beating anyone.
West Brom defo look like an away side though. Against Oxford they were very solid and good on the break. Grant was very good.

Until a week or so ago, we were 24th for HOME
and AWAY form…
Just making the point, like…!

Stay playing on the front foot , 3-1 City.
Thu Oct 24, 2024 6:19 pm
We aren't that good away from home though.
We have one of the worst away records in the division.
Sure, they have hit a blip, but they aren't a bad side at all and if Riza manages to get a point away at WBA then it'd a good result, regardless of their recent form.
They are where they are in the table for a reason, they are going to be a different test to Plymouth and Pompey
Thu Oct 24, 2024 6:23 pm
They are a good team and it’s going to be tough
I’d settle for a point but am a lot more confident of getting something out of this game than what I was 3 weeks ago

We got to go for 3 points .It's different away from home so it's all about game management so it's a big test for riza and the team .
It will gauge where we are .I hope he gets it all right and I'm confident we can take the momentum there and get a result. Really looking forward to the coming games now .
Let's hope he don't go all defensive on us we obviously play better with quick possession we I expect us to play on the break 2-0 city

Not in good form of late and updated news on some of their missing players on the match thread .

No team in the Championship has gained as many points as Cardiff in October, where as Albion are the reverse.
