big team at home please
our club needs the cash for transfers
AND it would be nice to see our stadium full again even if its just a 1 off match.
its one of them things you ideally want a poor team to progress through the cup but then again you would fancy a man city, chelsea, arsenal or liverpool at home.
My prediction on who we will get in the draw.... Fulham at home.
knowing our luck we will likely not get a big team because its rare for us.

Wouldn't mind one last trip to Goodison before Everton move into their new stadium.

Given that I drive past it everyday for work, I couldn’t agree more.

I'd like Spurs away. I want to see what the fuss is about with their stadium.
Failing that, a big club at home.

That’ll be their song tonight “we’re Salford City, we’re coming for you”

Stoke away underwhelming
Sun Jan 12, 2025 6:09 pm
What a crap draw and last to be pulled out to.
Sun Jan 12, 2025 6:09 pm
crap draw
could go either way the match
but you never know if we win again the draw will have less crap teams in it so the chance
of drawing a bigger team are high
1-0 im predicting to either side boring and dull

Last ball out; and that’s not the first time either…
Not an inspiring draw but one we can go and be confident of ‘
having a go’ at…
I can’t think (
save the obvious one;) ) I can think of a club whose ‘
supporters’ I dislike more; and it’s a horrid place, too!

Good draw for some youngsters
More than a good chance of winning

Great chance to get onto the 5th round for the first time I'm absolutely ages.
Something to play for at least
Other than fighting relegation but I believe we've enough about us to get out of it

I agree that we have a good chance of winning and I hope Riza will play the same team - as a reward.

Do you really think that?
Not sure you have many in agreement.

I like the draw, it’s another excuse to rest first team players and focus on survival.
Premier league team and we may end up playing a full strength squad.

I do.
I still believe we have some decent players who are better than the position we are in.
I think the last 3 games we've looked more seeykes and solid.
One thing I've learnt over the last almost 40 years is you've got to have hope as a city fan.
And look for some positive
Things have been way worse than this in the past, on and off the field

I would put out a similar team to the one we put out against Sheffield United (subject to injuries) as we have an important away game against Portsmouth the following Tuesday evening. Ideally I think it would suit us best to play Stoke on the Thursday night as we did against Sheffield United giving us more time to prepare for the Portsmouth game.
