MY VIEW: TONIGHT CARDIFF ABSOLUTELY DOMINATED THE GAME AND DID NOT GET THE WIN THEY DESERVED GIVING WATFORD AN AWAY DRAW & ENDING WATFORDS RUN OF 4 DEFEATS IN A ROW.

Once again Cian Ashford comes to the rescue and gets the 3pts, Riza was sending Ashford out on loan a week ago.

Why did Riza go defending ?

A very dull and boring game, But Cardiff had the ball in Watfords half for the majority of the game.

Cardiff deserved a Win.

This was cruel to not win this.

Pompey now have 2 games in hand over Cardiff.

Watford came to defend and were never really a threat to Cardiff all night .

Not a shot on target by Watford all night until they scored in the 87th min.

Crowd 16,942 includes 502 away fans

Cardiff have only Won 1 League game in 13 games .

Watford were on an Awful recent run, Lost 5 out of their last 6 games:

FIRST-HALF: Cardiff were by far the better side, but poor football by both sides.
Cardiff had had the majority of the first 25 mins and been in control.

SECOND-HALF: Cardiff absolutely outplayed Watford.

56 mins Watford had to clear the ball off the line from a Robertson Free-kick

65th min: GOAL! Cardiff City 1-0 Watford (Ashford 65)
It's lucky but Cardiff will take it. Robertson tries to nick it past the defender but it bobbles off him and then off Chambers, who knew little about it. But it fell to the in-form man, Ashford, and it's some finish. A lovely first touch before slotting past Bond with his left.

68mins Tanner replaced Willock.

78mins Meite replaced Rubin Colwill

GOAL! Cardiff City 1-1 Watford (Bayo 87)
Goal! Bayo heads home.
Baah with a powerful run to burst through the defence and he stickse a fantastic cross right on Bayo's head just two yards out.

88th min: Ashford off, Bagan on.

Robertson off, Ralls

Big opportunity missed tonight.

Got to win these sort of games.

Deserved to win but didn't defend properly for the one real chance they had.

It's time to start sticking a bet on anyone who plays us and we are winning with five minutes to go because we camp on the edge of our box every time we are winning with five minutes left. f*cking kills me :banghead:

Absolutely gutted. Deserved to win but never kill teams or keep clean sheets. This is why we will be relegated.

Just panicked and went to deep and a free header to score .makes you fuming doesn't it because they dis everything else in the game right .
We gave em a point and it's the usual story .Really should of had 3 points

Why did Riza go defending ?

Shame, a draw that I’d be happy with before the game, but they were so poor it feels like a defeat.

They didn’t deserve a point but despite their recent bad run they are still a team 2 points off the play offs.

The sad thing is we look vulnerable when a team throws the kitchen sink at us, that is what cost us the points today

Stoke, Coventry, Watford all late equalisers. This is the margin that will send us down.

thought once we scored we went to defensive we were contreollong the game until we scored this has to be the way the manager wants us to play just not good enough and we will be religated for sure if we cant win our home games at least its not like we winning games away very often so something got to change

Grafted away but capitulated as soon as Watford, who offered zero pushed forward. No striker and throwing away points like that, will see us relegated

I was criticised for saying our attack as a whole is L1, its probably worse
Ashford has been a ray of light, other than that we are playing midfielders

Without Ashford it is league 1

To think Riza wanted to send Ashford out.

2 points of last 18 at home, 1 win in 13 league games. We can't hope to get out of trouble if we can't get wins.

Absolutely crazy decision. Did he not notice that they equalised?

Took off our two most threatening attacking players and brought on an extra defender just after they scored :banghead:
