It was men against boys.


LEEDS GET THEIR BIGGEST WIN IN OVER 50 YEARS



BUT OVER ALL EMBARRASSING / ANOTHER LOW UNDER TAN.



WHAT I DID NOT LIKE IS CARDIFF PLAYERS GAVE UP TO EASY AND IT COULD OF BEEN 8/9 .


The difference in quality pace and strikers was massive.

But Cardiff di have to take some responsibility as We were awful beyond.


First-half Leeds 12 Shots Cardiff 1

It felt like Cardiff were playing against Barcelona, Cardiff made it that easy for them.


I’ve looked Leeds usually only beat other teams 1,2 only Oxford at home they scored 4 goals, But Cardiff were clueless and so easy to open open from the start.


PLUS INEXPERIENCED MANAGERS A BIG DIFFERENCE:



Not good for the relegation battle conceding so many goals.




Much of the game it felt like it was a Training game for Leeds.










FIRST-HALF: CARDIFF WERE TOTALLY OUTPLAYED & IT TOOK 43MINS FOR CARDIFF TO GET ONE SOFT SHOT.

Leeds turn defence into attack in lightning-fast fashion. A ball is slotted in behind Cardiff's defence and the rapid Dan James gets on the ball and rounds Alnwick. City scramble but James stays cool and picks out Aaronson who hits home.
Cardiff were sliced open to easily.

Goal. And it's a familiar one for Cardiff to concede.
James played in down the flank and the ball is squared to Solomon in the box and slots home into an empty net.
So easy for Leeds.

It took Cardiff 43mins to finally have a shot.

Cardiff looked like they were so happy to be just 2nil down at H-T.

Piroe slots home.

Gnonto comes on and scores with his first involvement.

We was never getting anything from today but the fight went from them before a ball was kicked sadly despite the differences in squads which are worlds apart and the difference in managers is leap years apart in experience but that's the difference.

Like I said a few good wins and draws Vs teams around us a few got carried away we will be fighting till the end if we don't bring in two or three more players who will jump straight in the team for others not bench or take weeks to get fit because we will lose games untill then sadly.

I didn't expect anything today I even said in the match thread the other day anything but a hammering will do me but it's what I mean expected Vs them thats why they are up there with a squad and manager they got.

They didn't get out of 1st gear! We gave them the game and goals ... let's hope it doesn't de-rail rest season... we know it was a free hit for us but didn't have to be so generous to them..

Behave. We deserve to go down if we end up in the bottom 3 after 46 games. Not after 1 drubbing.

We’re 4pts clear of the drop, 8 points better off than when Riza took over and we were 4pts from safety.

As it stands this team do not deserve to go down

Shameful performance but Leeds are outstanding and look more than ready for the Premier league. Lots of over reactions about the manager and team. Yes it was naivety in the set up but defeat today was guaranteed. They are brilliant at home. Move on quickly, we've be much better over January. Still all to play for.

We beat some piss poor sides and have actually been not playing well.

But this is a NEW LOW

I have said it since Luton away which we lost this manager we will be relegated this season he’s to inexperienced against Leeds away you have to play more defensive make it hard for them to break us down that was to easy the way we set up wasn’t good enough terrible performance terrible team management

I don’t know if I should laugh or cry at that score line. Leeds are a good team and we were never going to beat them, but we could at least put up a fight. I will be glad when this season is over, apart from the Swansea game it’s been another depressing season. If we don’t go down this year, we can count ourselves extremely lucky.

Worse thing about today was our goal difference getting battered... we are still 3 off bottom 3 so dust ourselves down and get results against those around us.

They're not at premier league level yet and they would probs struggle to stay up unless they strengthen.

If we're given out contracts to senior players who are that far off the Leeds level then what is our aims as a club.

We need to be building with younger players who might not be at the Leeds level yet but have a much higher ceiling.

Not a damaging result but I hope that battering hasn't knocked us backwards. A couple of signings are clearly still needed and must be a priority.

Only one way to answer that perfomance and that is with a big reaction against Hull!!

Besides fantastic home form 11wins 1 draw against Burnley
(last minute goal) they're on a 12 game unbeaten run ... be more worried if lost 7nil to Stoke ect .... poor display by most players don’t expect all 11 to play as bad in one game rest of this season..
