He never starts with his best team.
We have been 2-0 down in our last 3 away league games after 15 minutes.
Never keeps the same team.he even made loads of changes after beating Swansea.
Goalkeeper makes mistake after mistake but still keeps his place.
We need a manager with experience NOW!!!

Agree , should never of given him the job , we are crying out fir a Championship manager

How many on the forum would have chose riza after bulut left? He is tans choice we are doing the best part of the season with an intrim manger and we are still a point or 2 off relegation in our 125th anniversary year,
yes we are doing really well ffs but wow we beat the jacks big bloody deal.

I'm 50/50, if the season started when Riza took charge we'd be 16th but 10 points away from the relegation zone and 8 points off the playoffs. The concern is almost half the 30 points we've picked up came in his first 6 games. Also I believe the squad we have should be mid table so 16th is still slightly under achieving.

I think some people just have an obsession with changing managers.

He shouldn't have been employed to start with does that not tell people what's going on from above his managerial CV has a stint as a non league manager winning 12 games out of 49. Sadly that's how we are these days. He was still playing non league football three years ago believe it or not.

You saw what happened when Bulut was sacked. That was the time to bring in someone else but they didn't.

Shouty bollocks never fixed anything. In my view you have some valid points but I would lay the blame at the players feet. This slow starting problem has been with us a long time and if anything that proves changing the manager yet again is no answer.

At last someone with common sense what i was saying it was Tans appointment not fans,
we where listing all these mangers steve cooper slaven bilic but we ended up having an intrim to manage the best part of the season ,
but we beat the jacks and a point or so from the bottom 3 how far our ambition is and content to mull along the bottom of the division in our 125th anniversary year some celebration we are having fans turning away in there droves getting thrashed 7nil yes its all looking great.

Riza wouldn't be my personal choice when Bulut went but we've got him now, and I'll support him.

Personally I think he'll keep us up and added to that I think we're starting to build a better squad, but these things take time.

Rotating to much will always cause u problems especially the back line never starts with the same team too many changes week in week out does he now his best team ? I have no personal prob with riza probably nice bloke and have no choice to support him but for those that say we could' nt possibly have 3 mangers in a season thats bonkers.
So if Tan has a mad turn next week and decides he made a mistake with riza like he does with most things
but decided to appoint slaven bilic,

Can’t see the argument “doesn’t keep the same team”We just played a cup tie of 120 minutes with a mostly reserve team and then in to away game 3 days later.

He should be making mistakes and learning in the conference or national league not the heightened pressure of the championship. We don't even know if he has a talent for football management. He was a successful youth football coach in the England system so hasn't been dragged off the streets, but it is different managing kids.

We have to go stick with him, its 15 games and a FA cup game so can't toss around.

It’s the owner and board that need to go they’ve completely fkd this club look at the clubs around us getting in experienced managers to try and stay up. The bookies had us going down at the start of the season and it’s looking more and more likely now.
