I was told today you wont get it and the ticket office will refuse it back, you will then be told to make an appointment with Julian Jenkins, who will then pass it on to PR lol.
I Dont want mine and never would ask, but I was down there today and was told 3 fans had asked for their money back and they were turned down.

I could cancel my zebra finance deal
Thu Jan 14, 2010 7:15 pm
loads of people have probably not sent in their Zebra Finance Agreements anyway, hence the 18th Jan deadline.
I'd be surprised if City get the full £3 million in all honesty.
Thu Jan 14, 2010 7:17 pm
I'm pretty certain that you would be entitled to a refund under the trade description act but only after the transfer window ends and if we fail to sign anybody.

Very True, never thought of that one
Thu Jan 14, 2010 7:24 pm
How can they give it back if the HMRC has got it?
Thu Jan 14, 2010 7:27 pm
If someone wins their case in court, be aware of the club making you an offer of £5 monthly installments

I was thinking, if everything went tits up, imagine the financial shitstorm that zebra would suffer
Thu Jan 14, 2010 8:06 pm
a season ticket is sold to watch a season of football
i think any other argument is flawed

Aye true, I'm surprised Zebra Finance didn't refuse Ridsdale credit
"Boss, that guy who wrecked Barnsley, Leeds and Cardiff wants you to do business with him over £3.5m"
"Tell him to [string of swear words]"
Thu Jan 14, 2010 10:03 pm
They wont refuse him, allegedly they are based in Leeds, so they must have total trust in him. I'M SURE HE'S NOT LINKED TO THEM, MUST JUST BE ANOTHER COINICIDENCE.

Does seem likely? Were there official statements (e.g. correspondence, news releases, etc) directed at fans and stating the Club's plans for the monies. Have news releases been removed from the website?

I dont think any of that applies if you have signed a credit agreement with a finance company....Ironic isnt it!

But that's their business, they're used to chasing people for debts which is why they have been paid a premium by the club to manage the scheme for them.
The club won't care as they've got their cash off Zebra, and if anyone refuses to pay Zebra in protest against the club, they are only harming themselves. The credit agreements are between supporters and Zebra. If you default, your credit rating will be affected - the club couldn't give a toss.

I think unfortunately until January passes we can't make any decisions. If the end of the transfer window comes and the club still hasn't signed anyone then we can make a noise about it. However, even then I am sure the club have worked a ruling into the season ticket deal that states no refund can be offered. I'm sure they knew what they were doing at the time and covered every loophole, sadly.
