My daughter and I were on the bbc trailers for the FA cup final, the one where the fans were boarding the bus to leave for Wembley

Before I turned into a media whore, I appeared 34 years ago on that programme with David vine was it called sports town or something, a bit like its a knockout, but they had towns from all over the country competing against one another in all different sports.
I represented Bridgend as a bit of a ringer for their judo team and we competed aagainst Glenrothes in Scotland and it goes without saying I mullered him.lol God I was handsome then.

In Toulouse in 1998 Romania v England, With a Welsh flag(CARDIFF CITY on it), surrounded by thousands of English fans, so they asked me to speak and stand in the middle of the square, there were a few boos.

I was walking out of Ninian and my dad said he saw me on Final Score or whatever the results programme he was watching was called. Does that count.

Also, not actually on TV, but where I used to live, my local team Woking was quite useful in the early 1990s. They won 4-2 at West Brom, who were Championship equivalent at the time and Woking were in the league Newport are in, but in the regional division below that. Anyway, they used to get to loads of local cup finals and when we went to one and they won, I managed to sneak into the on-pitch celebration party and was seen in the team line up that was in all the local papers in Surrey and in their promotional material and posters that were distributed to thousands of fans the next season. People were coming up to me in pubs for months after that saying they had seen me!

yep interviewed ref setting up a kids rugby club on itv new 5 min slot and interviewed on red dragon and real radio.

Also appeared on Welsh news on the night on the infamous cardiff swansea game when they were in the grandstand, i was in shot climbing the canton stand wall onto the pitch
