ARE WE PAYING OUR INSURANCES ?

Sun Jan 31, 2010 7:38 pm

I have heard and believe that the insurances for Our players to go to Bupa and get quick operations on Our Players hasnt been paid for months, hence Ledley/Hudsons operations being delayed and Ledley finally going to the NHS next week.???

going from the sublime to the ridiculous now.

If I was earning £10,000 per week think that i'd be paying for BUPA myself rather that getting MRSI at the Heath

I think you would all be stunned at what hasnt been paid for months, I will give them This Week to sort a few things out, before I go on.

Well i agree if i was a "professional" sportsperson with a condition that i knew would be a major hindererance to my career and the club were not "paying insurance" I would definately have my own cover

AND i was any of our players - if not insureed through the club then get private ASAP cos one knock and a career can be over!

It is a farce everything that is now coming out from our club!

Is that just the players wage bill Annis? and when's the next tax bill due? next quarterly bill must be due pretty soon surely and will HMRC want the £2.7million + next three months worth in one go?

I have heard that the next Tax Bill is over due and The Tax Man wont do any more deals as we have already broken them twice.

I'm not so sure about this onE.
Would the PFA not step in and stop the players entering te field of play without insurance.

So that'll be another 3 monthly bill then? if so that will be about £1.5million is it? that'll push our bill up to £4.2million

This have gone to far. If everday things aren't getting paid then where's our money going? If it's the players wages to blame, then I think we need to take a four steps back two steps forward approach. What I mean by that is get rid of our best players to lesson the wage bill, as we havent got many fringe players to sell and be prepared to fight in relegation or go down a division.

In one way I personally think it would be good as we could get rid of the prawn sandwich brigade and the club would come back to the true supporters but thats being a bit narrow minded by thats how i feel (i am not saying its right).

I just feel we are living above our means chasing glory instead of taking our time and building our time and building up slowly.

It took us years to get where we are lets not spoil it by putting the club at risk. I would rather support Cardiff in Division 3 than not at all :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
