One thing I will agree on and that is the fact that it is very difficult for the fans when the club is run by major shareholders who hold 99% of the aces, so we do what we can to get some accountability for the fans...it is not easy and some fans will give up or just walk away and stop supporting the club altogether.
There is something that everyone on here should realise...although some probably already do.
We owe another £1.6 million to the tax man...plus half a million a month for November, December, January and February (£2 million)...plus March, April, May and June (another 2 million)
That is £1.6 million to stop the winding up order in March and then £4 million by July 1st( the day we allowed to sell players)
We also have wages on March 10...approx £600,000 if you forget about the Tax and National insurance
April 10...approx £600,000 if you forget about the Tax and National insurance
May 10...approx £600,000 if you forget about the Tax and National insurance
June 10...approx £600,000 if you forget about the Tax and National insurance
Then there is the £700,000 for the catering company....
£500,000 to Langston’s
Plus countless other bills we are not yet aware of or have actual facts on..e.g...Bus companies, Vale building, Cardiff Blues ticket money and shop money
Approx £8 million required just to get us to the Transfer window... and that still leaves the huge debts owing to Langston’s, PMG and the other directors.
These are the facts that we are going into the meeting with...we need answers to the above...how does the club intend to get through to the end of this season and why have they built up this situation...why are they still apparently supporting Peter Ridsdale when it is clear to everyone that he is the CEO and therefore accountable.
That is what baffles me more than anything else....the other major shareholders must know all of the above YET THEY DON'T SACK HIM.....WHY?
Some one said it would cost a million to lay him off due to his contract...surely he has not fulfilled the terms of his contract because of the total financial mismanagement he has been in charge of...therefore he can be sacked for incompetence...let him take us to a tribunal...
It is time a forensic accountant went through the last 4 years at our club...
As for the EGM it is just the start in my opinion...something at least the fans can use to try to get answers...what else can we do?
Well that is something we all need to think about if Wednesday is unsuccessful.

This current tax bill was for before November...there is a possibility ofcourse that since then we have paid the due £500,000 plus tax every month. We will find out one day I would imagine.

If the iR do a deal on old debts they normally INSIST that the current payments are kept up to date, or they end up back to square 1.
I thought that was where the ST mony went.
