Great game, our kids just a bit too weak against a level above

Negatives- another home loss, another defensive collapse conceding 5 goals and the worst start to a season I can remember. Positives- an entertaining game and some good performances from Colwill, Reindorf, Conte and Robertson. Overall, coneeding another 5 goals is simply unexceptable imo.

An enjoyable goal that showed both the talents and shortcomings of two sets of players with the Saints edging a game we might have won…

Out of the cup but a heartening performance from our young guns…!

Youngsters did fantastic.....goutas can't play anymore he's so bad I hate saying that but proof is in the pudding

Who is our goalie coach these days? Last guy left at the end of the season! Do we even have one?

Think he tried to control it and got man handled out the way, cracking finish thou

He did but why did our player stop turn his back on player 3ft away? Shame really but good game & performance all the same

A lot more positives than negatives to take from this match.
We already knew Saints had much better squad than us.
We knew that it was going to be an unlikely victory given the team we would be fielding.

That being said, Reindorf, Conte, Robertson, Colwill all shone bright and all should be in or around the first team.

And last but not least, Horvarth is our Number 1 Keeper.
Alnwick is a fair bit behind him in ability.

Great effort by our youngsters,our first team should be built around Colwill and Roberson. But why have none of our managers since Malky taken Cup games seriously? If we had picked 4/5 Senior players with the youngsters we would have won the game convincingly!
