Strange how when players leave they suddenly become ordinary yet classed as almost superstars before that. Guess Brenda has got it horribly wrong then :?

Aye, that's the most likely reason.

It's amazing how shy someone can be about a company that went bust 10 years ago eh.

You love the league your in so much that you risk your financial future every year and VT chucks £12 million a year in to the club to try and get you of it.

You really are thick as shit though, your first sentence saying how you love being in the Championship. The second laughing at us for being in the Championship next season and you being in the Premier League - which isn't going to happen anyway.

One word sums you up and that is bitter.

I'm not jealous of you or your team. I'm proud to support a great club. Yes I want to be in prem league but I have had some brilliant days out in last 30 years supporting my team. If you aren't bitter why the hell are you on here spouting off.

Its in your water down there i believe, you reckon you have managed to rid yoursleves of it after 1 season? yeah rightio...your team might being doing ok for now but chances are you will be 1 or 2 leagues below us in 5 years. want a bet on it for charity??? The city of swansea is a pisshole that is becoming a bigger dumpo as the weeks go by as shops flee the centre.
still....we are bitter because of your 2 seasons success.....dream on.

Still, least I'm not one of the idiots who actually want Cardiff to lose. I hope they do it all mate. Prem, cups, the lot. If they revert to blue I'll be back where I was for 38 years.

He's 11 now Steve, high school September, almost old enough to go with his mates and I'll gladly give him the funds to do so.

Strange that some can accept change and other cannot?
The way I see things, is this is only anther chapter in our history.
I still believe we will be re-branded once again one day. (unless we are so successful there is no going back)
Footie days to me are about being there. (and all the travel and pre match pomp that go with it)
Pick and shovel till we are no more. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Nail. On. Head.

This thread is quality. More and more of the delusional peasants are arriving. It's like the Big Issue sellers Christmas party. I've never understood why they think we're jealous. I wasn't envious of other small clubs like Wigan, Burnley or Oldham who have flirted with the big players. It's like the council estate smackhead who wins the lottery - NO - that's what it's exactly like :-D . When we take our rightful place, the last thing I'll be doing is logging onto a rival clubs forum to see what they think. What an odd habit

No need to bring my beer into question either. It's a west Wales brewery anyway. I'll blame them

Rightful place? You have to earn it not expect it because of grand (d)illusions of being 'a big club'.
If you do get there (that's a big if), you'll be just like us - one of the smaller clubs in the league punching above their weight grabbing enough points to stay up.

As for not being jealous, I would have loved to have seen your face at 4:45pm on May 30th 2011. I bet you led a conga around your pub! :ayatollah:
