I'm not knocking your knowledge on the workings of a light aircraft (what you say on that is accurate) or the 'possibilities' that the incident might have occurred for the reasons stated but there are so many factors that need to be investigated

According to some unsubstantiated reports, the aircraft appears to have had problems before it took off and also whilst in the air; and this also appears to be mirrored in Emiliano Sala's last communications. Currently, no 'Mayday' has been reported as being sent or any malfunctions reported during radio contact with Air traffic Controllers

Attempting to land the aircraft 'at sea' is one that will have been fraught with dangers and likely to have resulted in the aircraft 'breaking up' when the (intact) evidence to date suggests a 'nose-dive'

Let's just wait and see what the 'official' reports bring to the fore, shall we?

Only then will we actually all be 'ITK'

What if Emiliano Sala was somehow targeted and involved with a mafia and that's why only one body was found in the wreckage? Because the pilot was part of the mafia and jumped out just before crashing the plane into the water (using a parachute) the pilot later.. --> comments

Until the AAIB manage to get the wreckage out of the water we won’t know if both bodies are on board or not as they only saw 1 in the video and haven’t confirmed who’s it is. Yet another ex worker who wants his 5 minutes of fame because he didn’t have any high profile cases when he did the job

To be fair, the Star is usually accurate. Pretty certain this is the paper that claimed a London bus had been found on the moon. Toss up between The Star and The Beano as to which one posts the most realistic news.

Until there's an official announcement the reasons why is just speculation. But it could be that they have recovered the body inside the Piper Malibu or even the aircraft itself. The Vessel is returning back to UK.

I did ask the question on twitter, why its returning due to bad weather as its so bad tonight. The answer from the vessel guy was that this vessel can handle the poor weather no matter what. I been told everything has been recovered and a statement due out in the morning. Time will tell if this person is right, who told me...

Annis maybe they've found both bodies if only one could simply got RNLI to return it, while they look closer for other one sounds like search as ended.

As everything is becoming more clearer as time is passing by, I would be astonished if such an Aircraft of its Age.

(I headed that it was nearly 35 years old) was even equipped with modern Weather Radar technology)

For such an important Passenger to be anywhere near this type of Aircraft being flown by such an inexperienced Pilot, in adverse weather, is unimaginable.

But again, no facts are know of this aircrafts Maintenance history or however well looked after it may have been.

It could well have been fitted with updated Cockpit Technology with weather Radome fitted outside of the fuselage. Hard to say if it had a Cockpit "Blackbox" installed that would give all the necessary Data of its Systems and how well they were operating.

All will be revealed in the coming hours to everyone's questions.

Could it be the pilot because they are returning to the UK. If Sala I would of thought he would be returned to France. And maybe what I said is a load of bollocks

Check your sorce mate. Someone else just saw a similar notification and after reading it over said that it stated a body had been recovered. Not confirmed who.

I have a tweet from Christian Martin which states the Geo Ocean 3 is returning to Portsmouth with the body or bodies and maybe carrying debris from the plane.

The Air Accidents Investigation Branch said specialist contractors joined the operation in "challenging conditions".
