Now come out attacking the 2nd half and don’t defend like Ned wants you to
One attack and we scored
Let’s attack more and we will WIN
That free kick you could see Colwill being told by a couple of different voices to do different things…… how can the lads play when the coaching staff can’t communicate together
I saw that.
He needs professional coaches not amateurs
It’s totally amateurish and not needed, one voice should be heard from pitchside

Well done the team

Edited correctly for you, that goal was from the lads nothing to do with the boss lol
Like a scene out of Ted Lasso!

Relieved we are back in this and we deserved to be.
Very poor start and we struggled to get in the game. However we did get back in and now this could be anyones game. Sunderland are looking nervous though and if we can get the next goal we will come away with something hopefully the win.

I think we need to move Rubin infield and get Robinson off for Alves. Rubin cant find the pockets out wide, and Robinson whilst he comes up with a goal now and again playing as a 10 he's hampering us more than helping today.

At last we have in Salech a forward who can score goals - so feed him.
Sat Mar 08, 2025 3:57 pm
Well done Tan, obviously it was his text that got Riza to tell Davies where to be for the goal

Put the ball in the box!!!!!!!!!

That just shows you're totally biased against Omer and will never praise him.

Just watched the replay of Sunderland’s last miss where he went round Hovarth, Robinson lost the ball and raced in to try and get it and Mannsverk had to pull out the challenge otherwise he would have took Robbo out.

I don't agree with you very often but I've been screaming that at the screen most of the first half.

Not at all. I do get behind him but there’s times when it clearly shows he’s only just keeping himself afloat.
The lads getting us back into the game doesn’t have anything to do with Omer. The crappy passing at the back that led to th opening goal does!!!
Take your blinkers off and see what everybody else sees

Salech is causing the Sunderland cb’s all sorts of problems..they are constantly moaning at the ref about his aggression
We need to get quality crosses into the box because he will get on the end of them

A very poor 30 or so minutes from city. Goutas has been good and it could have been worse if it wasn't for him.
This game is there for the taking, we've got good options on the bench and hopefully we'll start the second half better than the first.

You both have blinkers on. they're just covering different eyes.

I'd move colwill in field and bring Ashford or Alves on for robbo this game is there to be won if we make the right changes

That's a concept that is alien to players against Burnley 3 brilliant crosses and Salech close to hatrick but today back to messing about 30yrds from goal but one good ball in box and hey presto we score! So why doesn't this form a game plan instead of an afterthought? It's as if we randomly decide what to do as and when it happens....

Colwill seems to always need that extra touch rather than hitting it or passing first time. When he has that time he's good but when he doesn't he gives the ball away too much.

We have a few players like that, PL offers the time, Championship doesn’t, think that’s why El Ghazi struggles so much

And when he decides to shoot it nearly always get blocked even with defender yards away... better shoot while got chance and see what happens than get it blocked or lose possession.. very frustrating but hes not having to bad a game so far
Sat Mar 08, 2025 4:08 pm
2 options to cross from the right and Ng pulls it back both times to come infield
Sat Mar 08, 2025 4:08 pm
No urgency by Sunderland
Sat Mar 08, 2025 4:09 pm
Sunderland attacking
Davies brings it out
