Have you got the same sources as Carl???!!!

Unsure of Carlos source but according to mine , there are , as can be expected ' major tensions in the camp ' over the Laudrup list with those Ive mentioned having been told they are not in MLs playing plans but diplomat Jenkins has reminded the manager of club's vision & Monks place in that vision ! These chairman love their visions eh !?!

Well I'd take what was said with a pinch of salt TBH.

One things for certain it's gonna be a hard season, especially with the momentum the 3 promoted sides have. Vitally important for future plans that we stay up, although the overwhelming majority on here will disagree and tell me to play with the cars on the m4

You don't need to play with the traffic. Relegation will do nicely.....

Personally I think you will struggle. Wigan will finally go down this season. WEst Brom will struggle as will Swansea, Reading, Southampton and West Ham. The bottom 3 is difficult to call.

I can't disagree that its going to be tough this year, I would add Norwich to that list of strugglers though.

Forgot about the carrot crunchers. They will struggle as well.

Norwich have only scored 1 goal this pre season. I know it's just pre season but a worry for them as they seemed to score a lot last season.

Impressed 2nd half today, I think Laudrup knows who is going to be competing for positions now. Looks like 2/3 new arrivals before the window shuts so possibly Mark Davies from Bolton to compete with Kemy and Pablo Hernandez or Gio Dos Santos (both heavily linked) to compete out wide. Chico looks a beast of a CB, very composed and skillful. I think Michu and De Guizman will battle for that 2nd striker position though.

Laudrup strikes me as a person who does not seek plaudits (same as he did as a player). Very thoughtful and composed, you could see today and tuesday he was taking a big look and taking notes of everything. Simple change half time - keep and retain your shape. We did that and went from 2-0 down to 3-2 up.

All shaping up.

I would be more worried as a fan if the club had to come out officially and dismiss the rumours.

Usually rumours are just left alone, because they're false. Can you imagine every rumour a club has and club come out officially and state its untrue. Bad move by Swansea PR in my opinion.

But why couldnt they do that using the the local press, like other football clubs to dismiss rumours.

To come out through official channels is very rare to dismiss such allegations and scandals. Sorry thats very bad PR from a fans point of view.

But who knows, the whole situation could be untrue, and the Swansea PR department have made a real hash of it.

Because it's far more professional to come out with an official statement on the OS leaving no doubt what the clubs position is on the nonsense.
