Dave Jones for me. Took us from relegation fodder to promotion candidates, fa cup final and a brand of attacking football that was exciting to watch.

Guess we didnt win promotion then but won the cup final by losing, news to me

Where did I say we had won ......I was saying that you said nobody remembers 2nd place and winner takes all .......but you clearly do, but as the side in second place ,we were promoted so how did you remember that

When I first started supporting the Bluebirds Jimmy Scoular was the manager and what a manager he was but in recent times then its got to be the one and only Eddie May without a doubt for me but Malky is a very close 2nd.

Where are Jimmy Andrews, Richie Morgan and Len Ashurst in that list

My dear Annis,because i have followed City a lot longer than you,i can remember a manager we had,called Wilf Mcginnas(not sure if i have spelt his name correctly)he was an ex manager of Manchester United if i remember correctly,and was only with the City for a short time,but under his stewardship we played the best football i have ever seen my team play,where there was no such thing as winning ugly

There has never been a manager of Cardiff City called Wilfred McGuinness, not even as temporary manager, he played for Man Utd but retired at 22 years of age through injury and didn't travel on the plane that fatally crashed in Munich that killed the Busby Babes, he then became coach of Man Utd but never managed Cardiff City so I'm not quite sure where you got that from.

No its not we didnt win promotion as it was 2nd place accoring to good looking fella if you come 2nd in the cup it should matter thats why people only remembers the winners of cups not 2nd place, i dont expect him to grasp it

Ive seen Cardiff managers right back to 1972, but under Eddie, no one compared with the buzz he gave us fans.
