Craig Bellamy and the two rocks at centre back. So so proud of what's happening to us. Amazing

Loved it what a game what a fuckin goal from Smith, he is f*cking magic, no Bellamy, no Turner, no Hudsom 2nd half, this team is class :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Still, they're at a position right now, where if they don't win the league, this season, in my opinion, would have been a massive failure.

Who do you support then?? :ayatollah:

Agree , for the most part Carlos but strengthening the team/squad is a must for me ! NOTHING must be left to chance - we all know the negative impact that injuries, illness , suspensions & personal reasons can have ! Great application & attitude tonight but theres no accounting for quality - we all know who we missed @ Bloomfield Road & that takes nothing away from those who stepped up to the plate ! We need to bolster up front with or without FCs arrival and the defence is crying out for new arrivals in my humble opinion ! It goes without saying , but I'll say it , that all arrivals must be well capable of playing at PL standard ! Is FC?

Said at the start, said it when he was injured and will say it LOUD now he's back, Tommy Smith is Malky's best acquisition for 2012/13, besides his goal excellent tonight and top team effort.

The birds are going up, the birds are going up............... :ayatollah: :old:

Malky must strengthen this month and I am STILL of the opinion we require two strikers and at least one full back. :ayatollah:

If you look at the table Hull have taken one more point than us from their away games and Watford are equal, everyone else has a worse away record than us.

Excellent result. Lets be honest it was no master class at times but some serious positives to take away yet again. A side that never gives up, played on a shit hole of a pitch, class goal off smith and best of all Malky getting the last word! Stood up for his side and players and lets be honest, would you wanna cross him?! Well done to all those who made such a lengthy trip. Yet again our fans were the only ones you could hear in that stadium

No team who has led the championship with this amount of points have failed to go up. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I thought Tommy Smith was man of the match and his goal was sublime, even if it did have a deflection.

To be 10 points clear of second and third place, I am sure fans of our rivals will be saying to forget about Cardiff and lets go for 2nd place.

The performance today was a battle on an awful pitch but as we all know it is all about the results. :ayatollah:

This team is going up, even without strengthening Malky Mackay is doing a superb job and don't forget he was missing 3 players who probably would have started if fit.

The players can look forward to a break of 2 weeks without a game and recover from any niggles they have.

Superb and I am very happy tonight :D

Local journalist said recently that the people who took you over had money problems. So maybe not the money to buy either!

yup we've read that too but if say they bought a debt free club which they did to make a profitable club then would they be so stupid as not to invest in their investment? time will tell m8

I thought you were already one of the few profitable clubs in this division?I wouldn't be surprised if they just bought you to rinse off the profits and if you get a lucky promotion like Blackpool did then great.

Who knows why these people buy clubs? Many reasons could be to ofset their losses with buisnesses? (tax reasons)Seen 1st hand that ploy! But surely need to strengthen now?

Sorry Carl, but you must of been watching a different game to me. Kim Bo-Kyung was easily man of the match, he was leaps and bounds ahead of any other player on the pitch tonight.

Between now and the end of the season we will lose games and when we do please do not turn on this bunch of players because any team that beats us will have to match our work rate and never say die attitude. This team is on a mission and their work rate is exceptional summed up by Conway today who never stopped running I honestly think that if Maynard hadn't got injured this season we would probably 15 points clear by now.

I am still not counting my chickens and with the heartache we have suffered in the past pessimism comes easy but if we take one game at a time with performances like tonight the results will take care of themselves and we will hopefully be celebrating come May (Could be April) :old: :ayatollah:

100% agree with this
smith is pure class, has the experience and plays the game like a 19year old

I don't know whether the press conference is online yet but Malky was asked the question "Is the title ours to lose"

Defiantly he said "NO!"

He said we have won nothing yet and that the players will go away for a break and to concentrate on our next game. And when that's played we will concentrate on the game after - as there are too many points to play for yet.

I'm impressed that his feet remain firmly on the ground

I agree those two were excellent Conway's work rate was so good and Kims ability on the ball is excellent time seems to stand still when Kim is on the ball and thats the sign of a good player.

Malky is rotating the squad which is good and new players should be on route to us .

Its all good but nothing is achieved this part of the season we have to keep it going and keep that lead at the top.

I hope we can do it.
