How am I making a fool of myself. Surely a top half Prem club should be selling at least 7-800 for a big club like Sunderland in the circumstances? I doubt anyone is boycotting

And no, i'm not going to Leeds with the other 300 odd because I can't afford it, simple as that. Paying £36 for a ticket and over £20 for travel just to be bossed around by police doesn't interest me at all.

you blame the distance and its live on sky? we took alot more than that to Newcastle for a Friday night, and for Blackpool in similar circumstances (abit closer but the snow had an affect) we took 1000

No we wouldn't.

We barely took more than that for a Saturday fixture at Ipswich which is a good 100 miles closer to Cardiff than Sunderland
is to Swansea.

What makes you think people would be in such a hurry to go up to Sunderland for a Tuesday Night game on Sky? Just because its the Premiership? I don't think so. Most of us have done Sunderland a few times already from their Championship years same for Swansea Fans now.

You need to use your head and have a think before your post mate.

Newcastle was a Friday Night, far more attractive than a Tuesday

Also, it was the first time we had played at St James Park since god knows when and was a full on novelty factor and also a weekend away destination.

Iv no idea how a Saturday Evening game at Blackpool is remotely similar either.

No point in bullshitting mate, half of the people posting on this thread are cleary clueless and havnt followed Cardiff for long if they think we would take many to Sunderland for a Tuesday Night game, similar circumstanced to you, ie cup final coming up etc.

How would you possibly know how long people have followed Cardiff?

And Swansea go on about their 'premiership attendances' when they can only take 193 to an away game? In any circumstances that's very poor.

Sunderland and Leeds. Sunderland in the Prem, Leeds in the champ. Same priced tickets. Sunderland's tickets being that price is understandable, Leeds' being that price is unbelievable.

Think first, speak after.

It is blatantly clear that certain people haven't been going, or at least to away games for long by the fact they think we would take many more fans to Sunderland than Swansea have tonight.

What the f**k you on about Swansea going on about their home attendances, I cant see any Jacks on here going on about Home Crowds, just a few muggy Cardiff fans trying to belittle Swansea's Away following and making themselves look like pricks.

Hence why there is cheaper travel available. The hike in ticket price is about £10 FFS

Try paying the £45 QPR charge.

^^ Exactly, bottom line, however you look at it, in the Premiership 198 fans is shite

What difference does prem or champ make? Hardly incredible opposition on show, it's Sunderland FFS :D

Like I said, taking 200 to Sunderland on a week night sky TV game is much better than taking 200 to Leeds on a Weekend 3pm game :D

No getting around it.

Nope not hard to understand. Hard to understand the relevance however. Are you saying you would only go to watch Cardiff away in the Prem?

Leeds are a bigger club than Sunderland.

No, I have been to 7 away this season, I support Cardiff in any league.

I don't think you understand, at this moment in time Sunderland are bigger, and in a higher league, hence they have the right to charge what they do, Leeds do not, therefore not buying tickets for Leeds is a bold statement.

Leave it there now.

Listen mate, You call yourself BlueSince82 yet joined this bored in 2013 when Cardiff were six months in Red and have a Cardiff in Red Avatar. Confused are you?

You have also never in a million years been supporting Cardiff since 82 as you would have to at least be 30 and that is not possible as you have a signature that looks like its been written by a 12 year old and is something only a child would have.

You also said above, 'Swansea go on about their Premiership attendances', I took this to mean you were on about their home crowds as I have never ever seen a Swansea fan come on here and brag about their away crowds in the PL.

Im not on here to defend the Jack Bastards by any stretch of the imagination but to try and belittle Swansea's following at Sunderland tonight is only something that either a child would do or someone who hasn't been going away long or supporting Cardiff for long. FFS some people are saying our away followings are shocking at the moment ourselves, although I think personally they are acceptable.

We would NOT have taken much more tonight in similar circumstances.

Anyone who says otherwise simply hasnt got a clue.
