To be honest when I heard the story break this morning I actually thought to myself when this gets to court 'he's not going to have a leg to stand on' decided not to post it mainly because i have been too busy in work and secondly because I thought it might cause offence guess i was right.

However humour is subjective and what one person finds funny another might find offensive but there are very few topics that are off limit these days

I thought this forum was improving, but when you have one of the mods abusing a poster just for giving an opinion, it seems this forum still has a lot of work to do.

Even running to the police

i can understand chuckles point of view but he also needs to realise people got different tastes in jokes etc, it is a very sad incident but people deal with it with humour, there will always be jokes about famous people when bad things happen to them, jimmy saville jokes, Michael Jackson, jade goode, all different types of jokes but that's way society is, nobpdy would make the jokes personally to the family of the victim or to pistorius himself.
